This will be followed by training in the application of Ki principles to the performance of Aikido technique. New students will have the opportunity to practice with more experienced students to the benefit of both.
The building will normally be opened between 6:00 and 6:30 to set up the dojo for class. Students should arrive so as to be dressed and seated quietly on the mat by the opening of class. Earlier arrival to assist with laying out the mats is always appreciated.
